The  project included a 5 – story building plus penthouse added to approx. 177,280 sq. feet area.The most sophisticated super speciality hospital was a challenge to HI-Q both architecturally and budgetarily. This project demanded the best of our engineer’s experience who had a tight grasp on the AISC detailing code for years. The project was modeled and detailed as per the AISC code and delivered by phases to acheive an impossible delivery schedules for our client. HI-Q had no problem in delivering the project well within the project schedule thus enabling the fabricators success on this project on a grand scale.
